NOT TO BE MISSED! CBA Annual Business Meeting
This year's Business Meeting agenda is packed with important items you will not want to miss:
- State of the Association
- Elections
- Six proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws
- Report of the Ad Hoc Strategic Planning Committee and discussion of the proposals
- Conclusion
Early in July the meeting documents will be posted to the Business Meeting web page and an email notice will go out to members. When you receive the email, please download and review the reports. Verbal reports will be very limited to permit the time necessary for discussion and vote, so it is important for members to come to the meeting prepared -- and on time! The Business Meeting is Monday, July 20th, 3:10 - 5:45 pm EDT (UTC-4).
To facilitate voting, handheld electronic voting devices will be distributed to Full Members as they enter the Andrew White Student Center (AWSC) McGuire East. Instructions, including a video, will be posted on the Business Meeting web page well in advance of the meeting. Full Members participating in the AGM virtually will vote using the Zoom poll feature.
If you have not yet registered for this year's Annual General Meeting, there still is time. Registration for in-person participation closes June 19th while registration for virtual participation closes July 10th.
