The 84th International Meeting of CBA is being planned as a hybrid meeting (in-person at Santa Clara University & virtual participation via Zoom), July 30 - August 2, 2022. Registration is open to CBA members (Full, Associate, Graduate Students), member candidates, and those invited by the CBA President.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION CLOSES JUNE 1!
After June 1, a $75 late fee is added.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE 

  • JULY 4th for in-person participation and
  • JULY 24th for virtual participation.

REGISTRATION 

The 84th International Meeting of CBA is being planned as a hybrid meeting (in-person & virtual participation). Registration is open to CBA members (Full, Associate, Graduate Students), member candidates, and those invited by the CBA President.

  • Professional Conduct: All meeting participants must read and agree to adhere to the CBA Professional Conduct Policy.
  • Onsite/In-Person Participation
    • COVID-19 Precautions
      • SCU requires that all those on campus have proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19 and 
      • SCU recommends, but not requires, that masks to be worn in meeting rooms.

SCU COVID UPDATES

    • The registration fee is $150 until June 1 (from June 2 - July 4, a $75 late fee will be added to the registration fee). 
    • In-Person Registration closes July 4th. Once In-Person Registration has closed, a member WILL NOT be able to register for a room or meals.
  • Virtual Participation
    • The registration fee is $75 until June 1 (from June 2 - July 24, a $75 late fee will be added to the registration fee).
    • Those registered for Virtual participation will have access to Zoom links for all sessions.
    • Virtual registrations may not be shared (CBA is subsidizing registration fees to make participation more affordable).
    • Virtual Registration closes July 24th.
  • RECIPT: Once you have registered, you may print a sales receipt from the Account History of your Member Compass™

HOUSING

  • On-campus

    • Availability: On campus housing is available only for the nights of Saturday, July 30 - Monday, August 1 (check-out on Tuesday, August 2). *Four nights accomodations (Friday, July 29 - Monday, August 1) are very limited.
    • Fees: Single room is $65 per night, plus one time linens fee of $20. Double room is $44 per night, plus one time linens fee of $20.

    • Finn Residence HallEach suite is designed as a set of two, double or single occupancy rooms sharing an adjoining bathroom. 
    • Nobili Residence Hall: Limited single rooms available on a first-come, first served basis. Both single and double occupancy rooms have a private in-room bathroom



Two golf carts will be available for those who require assistance.

MEALS

  • Location: The CBA meals will be taken in the Marketplace (cafeteria) of the Benson Center.
  • Those purchasing a meal plan will receive a meal ticket indicating the number of meals purchased.
  • The first meal is dinner on Saturday, July 30, 
  • À la carte (pay-as-you-go) is not an option.

REFUND POLICY

Email your registration confirmation to the CBA Office (cba-office@cua.edu) with a refund request ON OR BEFORE JULY 5th.

• After May 27: 75%
• After June 16: 50%
• After June 27: 25%
• After July 5: 0%


Travel to Santa Clara University

    • San Jose Airport (SJC) is located 2.8 miles from SCU. To reach campus from the airport: Free Airport Flyer (Bus #10) to/from SCJ and Santa Clara Cal Train Station, which is walking distance from SCU.
    • The Santa Clara transit station is conveniently located directly across from campus. The transit station is served by Cal Train, Amtrak, and other transportation providers.
