REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee which covers materials, breaks, socials, etc. is $150 until June 27 (from June 28 - July 7, a $50 late fee will be added to the registration fee). REGISTRATION CLOSES at 11:59 PM EDT on July 7.

HOUSING

  • On-campus
    (from Friday, July 26 through Tuesday, July 30): 

    • Limited double and single occupancy rooms available on a first come, first served basis.
    • A very limited number of Double Occupancy with GUEST rooms also are available.  
    • Linen package has been added to the on campus housing fee. Each linen package includes pillow, pillowcase, top & bottom sheet, blanket, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, bar of soap.

  • Off campus: 

For those wishing to stay at a hotel,
there are several options suggested on the
Walsh University website. 
Some of the closest hotels are listed below.
Hampton Inn 4.1 miles from campus
Comfort Inn 4.2 miles from campus
Holiday Inn Canton 4.7 miles from campus
McKinley Grand * 5.2 miles from campus
Hilton Gardens 5.4 miles from campus

*The McKinley Grand is on the SARTA local bus route #108 which has
 a stop within walking distance of the campus.

PARKING

On campus parking is free. Lots are marked with a burgundy box on the Walsh University campus map.

There is free Wi-Fi available on campus.

MEALS

  • Meal Plans: A basic 9-meal-plan (Saturday dinner – Tuesday lunch, including breakfast) will cost $99. Other meal options will be available.
  • Registrants may also pay as you go in the cafeteria. 
  • There is a Starbucks, Giant Eagle supermarket, Walgreens, and some fast food services on East Maple Street opposite of the Walsh University campus.

BOOK DISPLAYS/EXHIBITS

  • A limited number of 6 foot tables are available.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Once the registration website is activated, the July 7 deadline for registration is a hard deadline.

Once registration has closed, a member
WILL NOT be able to register for a room or meals.
CBA has to guarantee final numbers to the host institution before our arrival. These counts are used to order food, prepare rooms, order sheets, etc. These numbers cannot be altered after the registration deadline. 

REFUND POLICY

Email your registration confirmation to the CBA Office (cba-office@cua.edu) with a refund request ON OR BEFORE JULY 8.

• After May 27: 75%
• After June 16: 50%
• After June 27: 25%
• After July 8: 0%
