The 84th International Meeting of CBA is being planned as a hybrid meeting (in-person & virtual participation).
REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN THE SPRING of 2022 and WILL CLOSE JULY 4th.

REGISTRATION

  • Onsite/In Person Participation
    • COVID-19 Precautions
      • SCU requires that all those on campus have proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19.
      • SCU requires masks to be worn in meeting rooms. 
    • The registration fee which covers facility & a/v fees, materials, breaks, socials, etc. is estimated at $225 until June 20 (from June 20 - July 4, a $50 late fee will be added to the registration fee). 
  • Virtual Participation
    • The registration fee which covers facility & a/v fees is estimated at $100 until June 20 (from June 20 - July 4, a $50 late fee will be added to the registration fee).

HOUSING

    • Availability: On campus housing is available only for the nights of Saturday, July 30 - Monday, August 1 (check-out on Tuesday, August 2).

MEALS

  • Location: The CBA meals will be taken in the Marketplace (cafeteria) of the Benson Center.
  • Those purchasing a meal plan will receive a meal ticket indicating the number of meals purchased.
  • The first meal is dinner on Saturday, July 30, 
  • À la carte (pay-as-you-go) is not an option.

BOOK DISPLAYS/EXHIBITS

  • Exhibits will be on the lower level of Mayer Theatre:
    Fess Parker hallway and classroom
  • A limited number of 8 foot tables are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Exhibitor invitation will be sent via email in April 2022.

PLEASE BE AWARE: The July 4 deadline for registration is a hard deadline.
Once registration has closed, a member
WILL NOT be able to register for a room or meals.

REFUND POLICY

Email your registration confirmation to the CBA Office (cba-office@cua.edu) with a refund request ON OR BEFORE JULY 5th.
