This Spring, The Catholic Biblical Association of America has awarded over $44,000 to 18 CBA members in the form of Archaeological Fellowships, Doctoral Dissertation Stipends, and Travel Grants.

- Michelle Elizabeth Navarrete (Emory University) participating in the excavation at Qach Resh in Erbil, Kurdistan.
- Melanie Peetz (Sankt Georgen, Graduate School of Philosophy and Theology) participating in the excavation at Tel Haddid.

- Cristina Rasa Tomkevičiūtė (Pontifical Biblical Institute) investigating Marginal Scholia for the Gospel of Matthew in the Syriac Harklean Version
- Kyle Rouse (Baylor University) studying similarities between patterns of ritual prescriptions in texts from Ugarit and the Hebrew Bible.
- Elizabeth R. Schick (Marquette University) tracing the nuptial themes and allusions throughout the Fourth Gospel to uncover an inchoate nuptial Christology.
