The Washington area is served by three airports:
Washington National Airport (DCA): Aproximately 30 minute drive to CUA campus.
- Baltimore / Washington International Airport (BWI): Approximately 45 minute drive to CUA campus.
- Dulles International Airport (IAD): Approximately 50 minute drive to CUA campus
Registration, Housing, Meal Plans
Provided national and regional guidelines permit large in-person gatherings, registration invitations will be sent via email in late Spring of 2021.
The registration fee which covers materials, breaks, socials, etc. is estimated at $190.
- Availability: On campus housing is available only for the nights of Friday, July 30 - Tuesday, August 3 (check-out on Wednesday, August 4).
- Location: (tentative, as there is ongoing construction) Millennium South apartments and suites

Each apartment contains a combination of single and double occupancy rooms that share a common living area and kitchen.

Each suite contains three single occupancy rooms that share a common living area. Each suite or apartment has its own full bathroom.

Free WiFi available in all living quarters.

- Amenities: Each guest will get one linen packet placed in their room. pillow, pillowcase, top & bottom sheet, blanket, 2 bath towels (no hand towel or washcloth), bar of soap, and cup.
- Keys: Each guest will get two key cards or keys. One for the building entrance and one for their room. All doors automatically lock, so whenever you leave your room, you need your key card to get back in.
There is a fee for any lost cards or keys. - Estimated fees are below.

The Catholic University of America (CUA) campus is accessible is on the BROOKLAND - CUA stop of RED LINE of the Washington Area Metrorail (www.wmata.com).
Metro is the most convenient means of travelling in the DC metropolitan area.
The CUA portal offers several options for booking hotels in four different locations.
- SILVER SPRING, MD is on the RED LINE – 3 stops north of the CUA campus.

- Location: The CBA meals will be taken in the CUA Student Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Edward J. Pryzbyla Center - The Pryz (E-12 on the campus map).
- Those purchasing a meal plan will receive a card programmed with the number of meals purchased.
- The first meal is dinner on Saturday, August 1,
- À la carte (pay-as-you-go) is not an option.

On campus parking: estimated at $10 per day.
- Those wishing to park on campus must register for parking via Guest Parking to purchase a temporary parking permit (surface lots only).
You will need your license plate number, automobile model, and year to complete the online form. - If you are planning on renting a vehicle, you will need to purchase your permit onsite at the Office of Transportation and Parking Services in Pryzbyla Center 242.
- The CUA parking regulations outline parking requirements for all who park their vehicles on campus.
Off campus parking options
Campus Shuttle: There will be a golf cart to shuttle those who require ambulatory assistance.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Once the registration website is activated, the July 3 deadline for registration is a hard deadline. Once passed, a member WILL NOT be able to register for a room or meals. CBA has to give hard numbers to the host institution before our arrival upon which they order food, prepare rooms, order sheets, etc. These numbers cannot be altered after the registration deadline.

Exhibitor invitations will be issued in late Spring of 2021.
