Guidelines for Publishers and Displays

DISPLAY TIMES:
2:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M Saturday, August 1
8:30 A.M.-6:00 P.M. Sunday, August 2 – Monday, August 3
8:30 A.M.-NOON Tuesday, August 4
SET UP: 8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Friday, July 31
6:30 A.M.- NOON Saturday, August 1

TEAR DOWN: Tuesday, August 4
Vendors are responsible for packing and arranging for pick-up of any materials that need to be returned. Once the pick-up has been arranged with the carrier, packed materials may be left for pick-up.at the Receiving Department (first floor of the University Center across the hall from the Office of Auxiliary and Support Services)
Neither CBA, nor Xavier University of Louisiana will be held responsible for materials left behind.

LOCATION:

University Center Ballroom B
The room will be locked after hours.
The room has electrical outlets.

RENTAL DETAILS:
Tables are either 6 foot or 8 foot and are neither draped nor skirted.

FEE: The cost to rent a table is $50, payable to Catholic Biblical Association

1) name of the displaying company
2) contact name/phone #/e-mail
3) number of tables.
Reservation of table(s) need to be made by July 17, 2015.

  • Vendor's boxes will be delivered to the Exhibits Location on Friday afternoon.
  • LAST DAY SHIPMENTS WILL BE RECEIVED: THURSDAY, JULY 30, 2015
