Guidelines for Publishers and Displays

FEE: The cost to rent a table is $75, payable to The Catholic Biblical Association
REGISTRATION FEE: $132, includes cost of space rental, coffee breaks, and socials ($152 AFTER JULY 1). 

TO DISPLAY AT THE MEETING:

  1. RESERVE TABLE(S)
    • E-mail CBA Office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with the following information
      • name of the displaying company
      • contact name/phone #/e-mail
      • number of tables
      • indication as to whether an invoice is required or a check (payable to The Catholic Biblical Association) will be forthcoming
    • Reservation of table(s) need to be made by July 18, 2016.
  2. REGISTER
    Click here to register on the Santa Clara University secure website. (On-campus housing and meal plans are also offered here.)

 

DISPLAY TIMES:
2:00 P.M.-6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6
8:30 A.M.-6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 7 – Monday, August 8
8:30 a.m.-NOON Tuesday, August 9

SET UP: 6:00 a.m.- NOON Saturday, August 6

TEAR DOWN: Tuesday, August 9
Vendors are responsible for packing and arranging for pick-up of any materials that need to be returned. SCU is happy to assist in the shipping of unsold materials if you provide prepaid, preprinted address labels.
At the end of the conference, FedEx/UPS can pick books at the following address:

Please note that the office is only open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Neither CBA, nor Santa Clara University will be held responsible for materials left behind.

The building will be locked after hours.

RENTAL DETAILS:
Tables are either 6 foot or 8 foot and are neither draped nor skirted.

  • Vendor's boxes will be delivered to the Exhibits Location.
  • Materials shipped to be received by Santa Clara University no earlier than July 20, 2016.
